Our monitoring products (such as HomeGuard Activity Monitor) are designed strictly for authorized, lawful use. You agree that you will only install our monitoring software on devices that you legally own, or on devices where you have explicit, documented permission from the owner to perform such monitoring. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding privacy and employee/device monitoring in your jurisdiction.

We offer free, fully functional trial versions of our software so that you can evaluate them prior to purchase. Because these trials allow you to ensure the software meets your needs and works on your systems, all sales are considered final once a license key has been generated and delivered. Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances (e.g., verifiable technical failures that our support team cannot resolve) and are strictly at the discretion of Veridium Software management.
