To restrict access to certain websites or all Internet access:

1. Open 'Monitoring Settings' and in 'Websites' add the websites you would like to restrict or check the 'Block All Internet Access' radio button.

2. Go to the 'Schedule' section, as shown below, and add the times at which you want the blocking settings chosen in step 1 to take effect.

You can create multiple schedules for different lists of websites to block/allow by modifying the times in the "schedule" section under each website list.
