Advanced Feature Configuration

Most core monitoring features do not require any manual configuration. However, some advanced tracking options generate a massive amount of data and are turned off by default to save system resources.

  • Network Connections: To monitor individual IP addresses, ports, and bandwidth usage, enable this in Monitoring Settings >> Network.
  • Files & Printers: To track file movement or printing jobs, enable these options via Monitoring Settings >> Files and Monitoring Settings >> Printer.

Other robust features, like strictly scheduling internet usage or defining specific content-type filters (like blocking all video streaming), can easily be adjusted from within the main Monitoring Settings dashboard.

HomeGuard Content Blocker automatically restricting inappropriate search results

Inappropriate content is automatically blocked across websites like YouTube.
In the default "Stealth Mode," no blocking notifications are shown to the user.
