Accessing the Dashboard
Because HomeGuard operates securely and discreetly in the background, you will not find it in your standard Task Manager. Instead, you access the application interface (the "Viewer") securely through your web browser.
After installation, to open HomeGuard and view monitoring logs or change blocking settings:
- Open any web browser window on the monitored machine (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.).
- Type the following local address into the URL bar and press Enter: https://localhost:44558
- You will be presented with a secure login screen. Enter Admin as your username.
- Type in the secure password you established during the initial installation process.
