Why Do I Get Blank Screenshots in HomeGuard?
When a screen saver is running on the monitored machine, HomeGuard intentionally captures and saves these screenshots as completely blank (white) images.
This automated behavior is a smart storage feature. It is explicitly designed to significantly reduce the amount of local hard disk space required to store monitoring records while the computer is left idle and unattended.
